Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SteddiCard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is operated by SteddiCard.

SteddiCard is a tool to help you track your credit card statement and payment due dates, with an optional feature to connect financial accounts (via Plaid) to sync balances and dates. SteddiCard is not a bank, lender, payment processor, or financial advisor. We do not move money, make payments on your behalf, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Tracking and reminders are provided to assist you; you are solely responsible for making your own payments on time.

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You're responsible for your account credentials and PIN, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• Free tier: manual card tracking, at no charge.
• Pro (paid): optional bank connection via Plaid for automatic balance and due-date sync. Pricing is $3.99 per month or $39 per year (billed annually), as shown at signup.
• Trial & auto-renewal: if you start a paid subscription with a free trial (currently 30 days), we clearly disclose the trial length, the first charge date, and the price before you provide payment. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in the app; cancellation stops future charges and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

If you connect an account, you authorize us to use Plaid to access the account information described in our Privacy Policy. You enter your bank credentials only with Plaid; we never receive them. Your use of Plaid is subject to Plaid's terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempting to breach security or access others' data, no reverse-engineering, no disrupting the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We work to keep tracking data accurate, but dates and balances (including data synced via Plaid) may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The Service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee it will prevent any missed payment, late fee, or credit impact. You remain responsible for your accounts.

SteddiCard may help you build habits associated with good credit (paying on time, keeping utilization low), but we do not guarantee any change to your credit score or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be communicated with an updated effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
